These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MIIMD website, platform, profiles, directories, information resources, enquiry tools and related services. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. What MIIMD is
MIIMD (Make in India Medical Devices) is a healthcare technology and medical-device ecosystem platform intended to improve discovery, visibility, information access and connections within India's medical-device ecosystem. MIIMD is not a medical-device manufacturer, hospital, healthcare provider, medical consultation service, distributor or general e-commerce marketplace.
3. No medical or professional advice
Platform information is general informational and ecosystem-discovery content. It is not medical, diagnostic, treatment, prescription, procurement, regulatory, legal or professional advice. Users should consult appropriately qualified professionals and independently verify information.
4. Manufacturer and product information
Information about manufacturers, products, technologies, services, certifications and regulatory matters may come from manufacturers, representatives, public sources or contributors. MIIMD aims to improve accuracy but does not guarantee that every item is complete, current, error-free or independently verified unless expressly stated.
5. No endorsement or guarantee
Publication of a manufacturer, product, service, certification, technology or organisation does not by itself constitute endorsement, certification, recommendation, approval, warranty or guarantee. Users should independently verify claims, licences, certifications, performance, availability, pricing, regulatory status and suitability.
6. Enquiries and introductions

8. User submissions
If you submit text, images, logos, documents, product or company information, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that its publication does not knowingly violate law or third-party rights. You grant MIIMD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display and use the content for operating, promoting and improving the Platform, subject to any applicable agreement.
9. Accuracy and responsibility of submitters
Manufacturers and contributors are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful nature of information they provide. Material changes should be communicated to MIIMD for review and update.
10. Prohibited activities
You must not use the Platform to:
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory or unlawful information.
- Impersonate a person or organisation or misrepresent authority.
- Upload content infringing intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
- Attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or introduce malicious code.
- Scrape, copy, reproduce or commercially exploit Platform content except as permitted by law or written permission.
- Abuse enquiry, messaging or contact functionality.
11. Intellectual property
The MIIMD name, branding, original Platform design, software, databases, editorial content, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to MIIMD unless stated otherwise. Third-party trademarks and content remain with their owners.
12. Third-party links and services
The Platform may link to third-party websites, regulatory databases, manufacturer websites, social platforms and other services. MIIMD does not control or guarantee third-party content, availability, security, policies or transactions.
13. Availability and changes
MIIMD may modify, suspend or discontinue features, pages or services and may correct, update, remove or reorganise content. Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MIIMD does not warrant that information will always be accurate, complete, current, suitable for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIIMD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, loss of profits, business, data, clinical outcomes, procurement decisions or third-party conduct arising from use of the Platform. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MIIMD and its officers, employees, contractors and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, breach of these Terms or submitted content.
17. Privacy
MIIMD's collection and processing of personal data is described in its Privacy Policy and subject to applicable law.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal requirements and any agreed dispute-resolution mechanism, disputes shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction at [to be completed], India.
